Our acceptance of your offer will be complete at such time as we send you e-mail confirmation of your order. 16.   All goods to be considered for a refund or exchange must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt along with the original packaging and Despatch Note, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods whilst being returned back to us, nor for any postage charges.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned have been damaged or tampered with.  Any goods replaced or exchanged for reasons other than an acceptable complaint will be subject to the same post and packaging charges as newly ordered goods. 17.   Whilst we will try and ensure that all orders are delivered within 14 days, we do not accept responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of late delivery. If we are unable to deliver your order within 14 days we may cancel your order. We will send you e-mail confirmation that your order has been cancelled and refund any sums paid in respect of the order. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation. 18.   For the avoidance of doubt we will not be responsible for any breach of these terms by us which is due to events beyond our control. In the event that a price is misstated we will e-mail you for your further instructions as to whether you wish to proceed with your order.  For the avoidance of doubt the price is inclusive of VAT and does not include postage and packaging. 20.   All deliveries will be made by courier or special delivery.
